Any person registered in an OHA Female Showcase or Male ID Camp that is cancelled by Okanagan Hockey Group will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to original forms of payment.

Customers may cancel their registration for any OHA Showcase or ID Camp, subject to the following:

Cancellations received up to 11:59PM on January 31, 2025 will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administrative fee per camp. Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment.

Cancellations received up to 11:59PM on February 28, 2025 will receive a 50% refund per camp. Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment.

Cancellations received on or after March 1, 2025 are not eligible for any refund or credits. There are no exceptions. We understand things happen, but credits and refunds will not be processed after March 1, 2025. Third party refund insurance is available at the time of online registrations.

Customers do have the option to register online and purchase Refund Insurance offered by Active Networks which will provide cancellation coverage up until 2 days before the camp starts. Cancellation insurance is ONLY available when you register online. It is offered through a third party and allows you to cancel your registration at any time BEFORE your camp session begins, without any financial penalty; this covers illness or injury. If you cancel part way through your camp session, this insurance allows you to receive a partial refund.
